Shifthub Acquired by When I Work

When I Work, an employee scheduling and time clock app, has acquired Shifthub, a Toronto-based company that operates in the workforce management space.

In addition, the US-based When I Work  secured $5 million from their current group of investors in an effort to expand operations and accelerate hiring.

The acquisition of Shifthub will help When I Work expand its presence in Canada, the firm says.

“I’m personally thrilled to see this acquisition move forward,” said Jeremy Potvin, Founder of Shifthub
