Nova Scotia's SimplyCast, which specializes in multi-channel marketing and communication platform-as-a-service solutions, this week announced the release of SimplyCast 360, a comprehensive new automation manager.

"Imagine if there was a marketing communication product that makes decisions on what messages to send customers based on their individual preferences. A tool that integrates diverse communication channels such as email, SMS, voice and more into a single easy to manage, fully automated campaign," says the Dartmouth-based company. "The wait for such a tool is over."

According to SimplyCast, the 360 Automation Manager has been developed with easy and efficient communication in mind. It responds to the constantly growing need for integration among the many different communication methods of today's online environment, and actions performed by customers or clients trigger relevant and timely reactions from the 360 Automation Manager, the Canadian company says.

“This product has been our vision since day one,” says Saeed El-Darahali, president and CEO of SimplyCast. “Three years of dedication and hard work have paid off and the world now has access to the most comprehensive tool in the marketing industry.”
