Some great startups set to give demos at Montreal NewTech tomorrow

Posted by Liam Britten

There are still a few spots remaining for Tuesday’s night of rapid-fire demos and networking at the March installment of Montreal NewTech Demo Meetup.

Tomorrow, at Notman House, startup companies will be giving five-minute pitches about their products or services, followed by five minutes of Q&A and networking. As well, the evening will feature elevator pitches from anyone who wishes to speak (you can pitch yourself, your company, or anything else you can think of in those 30 seconds), and a solid hour of networking.

Here are some bios by NewTech of the presenting companies:

Canvious is what Google Docs for web developers would look like - a web-based platform for quickly creating, managing and publishing any kind of custom HTML5 content. Presented by @paisible

TwitFooter allows you to display your latest tweets below you email signature. Presented by @touco

Wenite tells you in real time where are the best places to party amongst a key selection of nightlife venues. Vote for your favourite evening out and enjoy special offers instantly provided by the venue. Presented by @Wenite

If you’re thinking of attending, hurry up and register, dang it! There are only 15 spots left for tomorrow’s event, so don’t be left out in the Montreal cold.
