Staples allows pre-orders of PlayBook and plans midnight release for RIM's tablet launch

Unlike trying to get hands on the iPad 2, which has been mired by severe imbalances of supply and demand, anyone seeking to purchase the professional-grade, enterprise-savvy BlackBerry PlayBook is apt to say, "That was easy."

And why wouldn't they: with pre-orders opened up on Staples.ca, and the office supplies retailer planning midnight releases on April 19 for Research in Motion's tablet launch (select stores only).
