Over the past year, the Calgary’s tech ecosystem has grown exponentially with plenty of killer startups to brag about, tons of events and programs, great co-working spaces, and a Silicon Valley-based accelerator in town as well.

Startup Calgary alone hosts more than 30 events a year including its flagship Launch Party, BarCamp, Mobile Monday, Startup Drinks, Cofounder Speed Dating, and Founders Forum to name a few. Startup Calgary’s current president is stepping down to focus on her own startup, so this is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to take a leadership role in Calgary’s tech ecosystem and help shape its future.
