Stockgroup Information Systems announced today the launch of a content distribution deal with Yahoo! Canada which will see a selection of editorial content from Stockhouse.com featured throughout Yahoo! Canada Finance.

Sounds like a win-win as Stockhouse.com will benefit from increased traffic and brand visibility on Yahoo! and the search powerhouse can serve up Stockhouse.com's editorial and user-generated content within their own financial community. Yahoo! Canada Finance visitors will have access Stockhouse.com news, at the bell market summaries, highlights of community contributed news posted on message boards and blogs, and columns from financial experts.

An early adopter of the citizen journalism model, Stockhouse.com is a leading source of news, information and opinions on the long-tail of North American equities. Stockhouse.com receives over one million unique visits per month and 80 million page views per month.
