Sysomos acts on Graph API announcement from f8 conference

We recently blogged about how Canadian-based Awareness, Inc was present at f8 in San Francisco.  Toronto-based Sysomos was also busy taking advantage of the Graph API announcement coming out of Facebook's f8 conference.

According to Mark Evans, Sysomos is the first social media analytics company to offer Facebook public status updates.

"Given the size of the Facebook community, the change in the API and the availability of all this public data will be a huge boom for marketers looking for more information and intelligence of what consumers are thinking and talking about."
