TeamBuy Powers Shell Gift Card Deal With Record Activity

TeamBuy made 1,000 gift cards available each day releasing them at random times of the day to encourage users to check their site regularly.

In August Techvibes reported that TeamBuy rasied a $5 million funding round led by BEST Funds with participation from existing institutional investors.

The four year-old, Toronto-based company claims to be the largest daily deals site in Canada after merging with competitor Dealfind earlier this year.
