Techvibes TV: Warranty Life's Richard Hui

by Techvibes NewsDesk

Vancouver's Warranty Life is an easy-to-use website that organizes product receipts and warranties online so that customers don't have to worry about keeping paper.

Warranty Life's free service offers a permanent record of all your purchases and will notify you of any key milestones in the product warranty process. It makes proof of purchase and warranty claims easy to process. Customers can also use the service to find out how to get a product fixed, when it will need service, who to call, and where to go.

For retailers, Warranty Life offers a way to connect with customers after they leave the store and to make post-purchase warranty offers.

Warranty Life was co-founded by Richard Hui and John Almond and was recently voted Most Likely To Succeed at Launch Silicon Valley.

Hui was in Vancouver for the GROW 2011 Conference and our Michelle Sklar got the chance to chat with him.
