Loose Button, one of Toronto hottest new start-ups, quenching the thirst for global fashion, is opening up their monthly team meetings to a greater audience.  According to Ray Cao, CEO of the Eighty Twenty Group of Companies, under which Loose Button resides,

We wanted to hold monthly lunch and learns for our internal team but soon realized that synergizing with the community at large in Toronto was a better way to leverage the great minds this city has to offer

Attending a Loose Button lunch and learn is by invitation only.  Cao and team have committed to reaching out to key influencers, media types and business and community leaders in order to effectively network and share learning across verticals and industries.

On July 19th, the company will host legendary Canadian businessman, Harry Rosen as he describes his path from burgeoning entrepreneur to fashion industry icon.  Rosen, a house-hold name and recipient of the Order of Canada has established a brand that’s still relevant today across a global contingency. It’ll be interesting to hear his learnings and perspectives spanning decades and generations.  This fireside chat will be moderated by Leslie Roberts of Global Television.

Look for a more in-depth look at Lose Button in the coming weeks where we sit down with founder Ray Cao and learn about his vision behind the company.
