Thrive Software Helps Independent Companies Gain Back Some Turf

Thrive SoftwareNewfoundland start-up Thrive Software doesn’t like to see small retailers fall to the bigger stores. In fact, their website implores you to think of them as “...an arms supplier in the war against box stores.” Their web app is designed to help small business owners determine shortcomings and strengths, and take advantage of them in order to succeed where others fail.

After watching testimony and reading their stance on what their web app should do, it is clear that Thrive have a willingness to make their software as easy and powerful as possible.  By analyzing the business strategy of smaller businesses, Thrive is able to point out which areas can be approved upon, allowing them to focus their time and money in order to maximize profit.

In an interview with The Next Web, Elliott Yeo, in charge of Thrive Software’s marketing and sales says, “Where our application is really effective is that it is encouraging retailers to monitor the traffic that is coming in and out of their store and comparing it with sales data. Our app allows them to put in their traffic, put in their sales data on a continual basis, and it’s giving recommendations based on things like conversion rate.”

As proof that Thrive Software are making a splash, they have recently become a finalist in the 2011 Intuit App Showcase To take advantage of their beta pricing offer for your small business, visit here.
