The deadline to participate in TiEQuest, an annual Toronto-based business venture competition organized by TiE Toronto, is this Sunday January 31st.
TiEQuest 2010 will provide contestants an opportunity to present to angel investors, venture capitalists and fund managers. Sponsoring firms will be offering an “Expression of Interest” for investments of up to $1,000,000 to top teams. In addition, the winners will receive various cash prizes and incentives exceeding $150,000 in value. To encourage youth participation, TiEQuest also offers the New Entrepreneur Prize worth $5000 to the best student team.
