Prior to jumping to Pound & Grain, Fleischer held the title of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Dare, before which he was the General Manager of Fjord West, a division of Cossette. Fleischer’s extensive background in the digital world includes working with clients such as McDonalds, SAP, AT&T, Electronic Arts, Sony Ericsson, Diageo, and Nintendo.

“Sandy is one of the top digital talents anywhere,” says Tara Steinberg, Managing Partner at Pound & Grain. “Our goal at Pound & Grain is simple: We want to be the best digital agency in the country. Hiring Sandy increases our speed in getting there, as he brings big strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and hustle to our growing list of clients. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join us!”

Fleischer will work closely with Steinberg and Creative Directors & Partners Jackson Murphy and Graham MacInnesto turn Pound & Grain’s recent successes into long-term agency growth. The four partners work extremely well together having already built a similar winning track record at Fjord West.

Since Pound & Grain launched just over two years ago, the agency has grown in size to over 12 staff, tripled its billings, and has added brands such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft, CBC, Kraft, Pacific Blue Cross, Telus and Playboy Energy Drink to its growing roster of work.
