Toronto's Polar Mobile continues success with MLB and NFL deals

Toronto-based app developer Polar Mobile, which sealed a deal with the NHLPA in December, has now signed multi-year licensing agreements with both the Major League Baseball Players Association and NFL Players Inc.

The apps will showcase the players, connecting them to the fans outside of the games.

Polar has become a booming success, locking down deals with such tech titans as Microsoft, Intel, and Research In Motion, among others.

Polar Mobile also created the Techvibes mobile app, which is available for free download across all major platforms.
