TribeHR gets on the Radar in Mountain View

Under the Radar wrapped up in Mountain View, California earlier today and one of the five startups representing Canada took home an award.

Toronto's Rypple and Wave Accounting, Waterloo's TribeHR and Vidyard, and Halifax's GoInstant were among 29 startups pitching at the two-day innovation showcase and business development conference.

This 18th Under the Radar event was tagged Under the Radar: Work Smarter, Not Harder and TribeHR picked up the Judge's Choice award in the Talent 2.0 category. TribeHR was co-founded by Joseph Fung, Jesse Rodgers, Stephen Heron, and Jesse Rodgers and below is Fung's presentation at Under the Radar.

Interestingly only two of these five companies were selected for the CIX's Top 20 Most Innovative Tech Companies list yesterday. CIX's toronto-heavy list includes both TribeHR and Wave Accounting but skips over GoInstant, Rypple, and Vidyard.
