What do Twitter and Ontario have in common? A slogan, for one.
The official website of Ontario Tourism hawks the slogan "Yours to Discover"—as does Twitter, most prominently in its new video about a forthcoming platform redesign. Ontario has been using the three-word phrase since before Twitter even existed so the social network doesn't really have an argument that can hold water. Plus there's Yours to Discover, a road trip photography website "online since 1999" albeit not updated since September 2009.
But let's be honest, the slogan is pretty weak—Twitter should take this opportunity to concede it to the tourism organization and try on something a little cooler.
