Uniserve flips Parasun for a Payday

Vancouver-based Uniserve Communications Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement to with an affiliate of Integrated BroadBand Services (IBBS) whereby IBBS will acquire all of the outstanding shares of their wholly-owned subsidiary Parasun Technologies for US$20 Million.

Parasun enables cable operators in the US and Canada to sell high-speed Internet services to their customers. Parasun was acquired sixteen months ago by Uniserve in May of 2007 for US$12.5 Million. Uniserve shareholders rejoiced as its share price gained 38% today off it's 52 week low yesterday.
