Washington's Daniil Kulchenko is but 15 years old—yet he was recently negotiating the terms for selling his cloud startup to ActiveState, a Vancouver company.

Danill, who has been using HTML since age six and Perl since age nine, founded Phenona, a cloud-based platform-as-a-service for Perl developers, in 2010.

Not only did ActiveState want to buy Phenoa, they wanted Danill too, touting his amazing "vision, talent, and resources." He is now a part-time employee for them.

Phenoa is still in beta but ActiveState has plans for it in the near future.
