Vancouver Leads the Way in Storytelling 2.0

Posted by Rob Lewis

Looks like Vancouver is making a name for itself in the "storytelling 2.0" category. Hometown Storypanda has been making some great progress with their 500 Startups funded iPad app and now a new startup called Kibooco is on the scene.

After months of being stealthy, Kibooco (short for the kids' book company) has emerged with a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo.

Similar to Storypanda, Kibooco is building an interactive platform for kids to create and design their own books. Using fun and intuitive online tools and features designed just for them, children bring stories to life through digital books. But Kibooco has also added the ability to print real-world books to the mix.

To build their community and prepare for beta launch, Kibooco has launched a presales/fundraising campaign on Indiegogo. With 43 days left Kibooco has raised $12,000 of their $50,000 goal.
