VentureBeat to visit Vancouver for mini-DEMO this week

VentureBeat Editor-in-Chief Matt Marshall announced yesterday that he's coming to Vancouver for a meetup and is looking for technology entrepreneurs to join him at George in Yaletown on Thursday, December 2nd. Marshall is in Seattle on December 1st for TechFlash's Flashie awards and is coming North to meet some Canadians.

The meetup takes place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and the first 50 drinks are on VentureBeat and DEMO - the conference Marshall co-produces every six months. If you're interested in attending, register online.

It's great to see Vancouver on VentureBeat's radar but it would have been nice to see this event better coordinated with the Bootup Entrepreneurial Society's Launch Party Vancouver 10 which takes place the evening before.
