Voting Opens for Canada's 'Doodle 4 Google' Challenge

Google Canada has combed through thousands of doodles and now, with a list of finalists selected from across the nation, is allowing Canadians to vote for their favourite.

"After reviewing thousands of creative doodle submissions our team of judges has narrowed it down to 25 Regional Winners," the software giant says. "It's now up to you to help us select the five National Finalists by voting for your favourite doodle."

One finalist will be selected from each of the following regions: Ontario, Atlantic Canada, Quebec, the Praries, and British Columbia and the North. There are five regional finalists per region to vote for.

Voting ends February 14. An awards ceremony will be held in Toronto on February 25, and the winning doodle will appear on Google.ca the next day.
