Waterloo's Open Text Corp. has acquired Global 360 Holding Corp. for $260 million.
The Canadian software giant bought the Texas-based business process management solutions provider to continue expanding its business process management market.
In February, Open Text acquired another BPM provider, Metastorm, for $182 million.
