Launched last week at Montreal NewTech Meetup by software engineer slash entrepreneur Felipe C., 14 Blocks is a service that allows users to optimize the timing of their tweets. This service works by determining the likelihood of your followers being online, breaking down data into 15 minute increments for each day of the week, so that you can optimize your schedule of tweets for maximum exposure.

14 Blocks shows you the best "14 blocks" of time to tweet. You can start with a free trial, but ongoing use of the service will cost you a minimum of $10 monthly.
