WiLAN shares get a bump from lawsuit

Apparently there's money to be made suing people.

Ottawa-based licensing company WiLAN has seen the company's share price rise nine per cent following a decision of the Eastern Texas district court (a frequent patent battle ground) related to a patent infringement suit filed last year, according to The Ottawa Citizen.

We'll have to wait and see if the company gets another bump from a massive lawsuit filed last month.
