Win a Pair of Free Tickets to The Lean Crossroad! #leanxvan

by Knowlton Thomas | Startups

Back in June we announced that Internet Masterminds, Lean Startup Vancouver, and Vancouver Tech Co-Founders were joining forces to host a new event: The Lean Crossroad.

The event was a smashing success. Audiences were treated to brilliant advice from successful lean entrepreneurs like Dan Martell, co-founder of Clarity and formerly Flowtown, and Boris Wertz, one of Canada's most prominent superangels and the founder of micro-VC fund Version One Ventures.

Well, the Lean Crossroad is back and we're sure it will once again be a can't-miss event, featuring speakers such as Superpowered's Patrick Vlaskovits (pictured right) and CatchFree's Sean Ellis. With that in mind, we've got some free tickets to give away! But don't dawdle—this giveaway is shorter than our usual ones.

Techvibes is hand out pairs of tickets to three lucky winners. Each ticket is valued at $40, for a grand prize total of $80 per winner! For your chance to win a pair of tickets, simply follow these two simple steps:

1. Follow @Techvibes on Twitter.

2. Share this giveaway with your friends with the hashtag #leanxvan. (Remember, if they win, they have a second ticket for you!) You can tweet the title of this giveaway or let us know which speaker you look forward to seeing the most—just be sure to include the hashtag.

The Lean Crossroad happens next Tuesday at 6pm at the Goldcorp Centre for the Arts in the downtown SFU building on West Hastings Street. Check out the event on Meetup or head straight to registration if you just can't wait.

Contest ends Wednesday, August 15, at midnight PST. Winners will be announced on Thursday, August 16. The three winners will each receive a special discount code good for two free tickets. Maximum one entry per person. Available to BC residents only.

Above everything else we invest in entrepreneurs, not businesses. We love passionate entrepreneurs with deep domain knowledge. Entrepreneurs with great product and design instincts. Entrepreneurs who want to change the world but know that in order to do so, they need help. And yes, we love to help, when and where ever we can. Besides the founder team we look for a few more things when... more
