WordCamp: Developers is the first one-day WordCamp event that caters to web developers and it's only one month away.  Taking place on Thursday May 5th at SFU Harbour Centre during Vancouver’s first Open Source Week, WordCamp: Developers looks to fill a void between WordPress users and those that develop on the platform.

The event was created when organizers Vanessa Chu and Morten Rand-Hendriksen realized that traditional WordCamps are great for people who use WordPress for their corporate website or personal blog, but they’re not made for web developers who want to go in-depth and really learn what WordPress is capable of as a web platform.

WordCamp: Developers will feature 12 speakers (which were announced yesterday) in two separate tracks – Development and User Experience (UX) – who will discuss the following topics. Six Unconference sessions will also be taking place throughout the day.

Tickets can be purchased online for $85 at www.wordcampdevelopers.com.
