Women involved in B.C.’s tech sector should not miss out on XX Evening, an event hosted by Science World and the Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology at Science World in Downtown Vancouver.

XX Evening will be about connecting with women working in all aspects of science and technology, mentoring and having fun. This women-only event is about “thriving and surviving” in any science career, from trades to theoretical physics and everything in between.

The evening will feature panel discussions, networking, a dinner break and a screening of the Omnimax film Hubble. Over 30 mentors from a variety of fields will be attending as well, and there will be plenty of opportunities to pick their brains throughout the evening.

XX Evening takes place Tuesday, March 8th from 5:15–9:30 p.m. For more information or to register, click here.
