Yaletown now home to its own co-working office space

by Rob Lewis

It's been over a year since Gastown's shared work space aptly named WorkSpace abruptly closed its doors.

While The Network Hub took up the slack in Gastown, Yaletown has yet to have a shared work space to call its own. Enter Yaletown 209.

Yaletown 209 provides office space and services that cater to the needs of Vancouver’s high population of entrepreneurs and professionals. Residents have access to a meeting space, kitchen and lounge area, as well as basic office services including high speed internet, VOIP phone line and mail service. It is a perfect opportunity for independent contractors, freelancers, private consultants, and many other self-employed professionals who often need an office and a business address, but simply cannot afford, or do not require, an entire office space.

Yaletown 209 recently opened their doors at Davie and Homer and to celebrate new residents are being offered 50% off the regular rates for the first month.

Visit them online or just drop by Suite 209 at 179 Davie Street to check out the space. If you have any questions, contact Resident Manager Janis Behan at info@yaletown209.com.
