York Technology Association to host 2010 Leadership Awards in Ontario

In June, the York Technology Association will recognize the tech companies selected as Most Promising Startup, Scale-up Company and Company of the Year, as selected from the thousands of technology companies within the Region of York and throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The YTA is an economic development hub, offering peer collaboration, networking and knowledge-sharing to growing tech businesses and their people. 

Kevin Tribe, Chair of the association, will present the 2010 YTA Technology Leadership Awards to three companies that have demonstrated innovation and leadership in their field and in their contribution toward developing the technology community at the first annual awards event. At the event, the YTA will also celebrate 27 years of fostering technology growth in York Region and adjoining areas, and recognize the dedication of members that have helped establish and sustain the economic hub that YTA is today.

The 2010 YTA Technology Leadership Awards take place on June 17th from 11:30am - 2:30pm at Le Parc Banquet and Convention Centre in Markham. Register online - www.yorktech.ca/calendar.
