You can now announce and track your pregnancy on Facebook easier than ever before

It seems as though all the girls getting pregnant these days love keeping everyone up to date with their pregnancy, and Facebook is often the best way to go about this.

Now Facebook has made it incredibly easy. Where you can link your mom and dad and siblings to your profile, you can now add the fact that you are expecting a child, and even when the due date is, so everyone knows without status updates like "OMG 35 WEEKS," "OMG 34 WEEKS," "OMG 33 WEEKS," and so on.

Controversial? Sure, it's sparked a debate already. But hey, it's completely optional and lots of Facebookers do much stupider things voluntarily. Facebook is simply streamlining the process, and you can't really knock 'em for that.

Facebook's mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected. Millions of people use Facebook everyday to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet. more
