Ingram Micro Inc. (Canada) has been distributing computer hardware and software since 1989 when Ingram Computer Inc., and Micro D Inc., merged their worldwide operations. Micro D was founded in 1984 and Ingram Computer entered the Canadian market in 1987 with its acquisition of Aviva Software.
Head quartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Ingram Micro Canada has grown to become the nation's largest wholesale provider of technology products and supply change management services. Our growth has propelled us to establish regional operations in Richmond, British Columbia and St.Laurent, Quebec. We also have sales offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, and Halifax. Ingram Micro Canada is a subsidiary of California based Ingram Micro, the largest computer products distributor in the world with offices in 37 countries worldwide and annual sales in excess of $25 billion in 2001. The Canadian and U.S. organizations make up our North American region formed in January 2002, to better service our customers.
