GrowthWorks is a recognized leader in the Canadian venture capital industry, specializing in the management and growth of regionally based venture capital funds. GrowthWorks has combined assets under management of more than $800 million.

Rolf Dekleer joined GrowthWorks in 2000, bringing eighteen years of operating experience in the technology sector with Cymbolic Sciences, MacDonald Dettwiler, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard and Schlumberger. He has extensive experience in product management and business development, including 10 years with venture capital backed technology companies. He also has two years of investment experience with Innovation Ontario Corp., an early stage venture capital firm in Toronto.

Rolf graduated from BCIT's Electronics Engineering program, and has an MA and an MBA from York University.

Rolf sits on the boards of Angstrom Power, EQO Communications, General Fusion, NxtGen Emission Controls, Radiant Communications and Switch Materials. Past board positions include the BC Photonics Industry Association, Cellex Power Products, Clearwater Technologies, Hydrogen & Fuel Cells Canada and JGKB Photonics.
