CIS INFINITY - Built from the ground up as a Windows product, CIS INFINITY provides maximum functionality in an easy-to-use, user-controlled environment. An object-oriented, client/server application, CIS INFINITY delivers the flexibility required to effectively meet the changing needs of both customers and staff. You control all aspects of your billing and customer service operations with CIS INFINITY. Built with Database Independence™, CIS Infinity was developed using the Microsoft Visual Studio tools, and resides on an NT server, and supports databases running on UNIX, NT or LINUX. Object oriented programming makes modification and adding enhancements straight forward. The scalable architecture ensures that the system grows with your customer base. Rich functionality, such as Rate Infinity Technology is in place to handle any and all complexities. Through object linking and embedding technology, CIS INFINITY interfaces with accounting packages, report writers, meter reading systems and mapping software as well as spreadsheets, word processing and internet programs.

Approximately 50 water, electric and natural gas utilities, in North America have already chosen CIS INFINITY as their software solution. They include Investor Owned Utilities, Government owned and/or government operated utilities, and Co-Ops.
