Advanced E-commerce Research Systems

Advanced E-commerce Research Systems (AERS) is a Canadian company currently operating out of the Vancouver Island Tech Park located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The company was founded in 2002 by two brothers, Anthony and Andrew Sukow, in order to fulfill the need for reliable market research on the eBay marketplace.
Having operated out of the University of Victoria until September, 2005, AERS has been able to take full advantage of the support supplied by the academic environment, local Government, and community to fuel its growth in the global tech industry.

AERS has grown and developed a core competency in storing and processing large datasets for use in business decision making processes. In the last two years, AERS has developed an intimate working relationship with the eBay Market Data Program that has lead to new opportunities enabling it to expand its services to a spectrum of business sectors.

AERS is comprised of two main divisions that service two distinct markets. Terapeak supplies auction analysis to eBay sellers and buyers through an on-line web interface for a flat monthly fee. DataUnision leverages its unique database management skills and resources to deliver eBay data licenses and customized reports to large organizations including manufacturing and retail companies as well as other "on-eBay" organizations.
