1. THE ANT FARM Ant & Bee's fully web-based staffing solution is designed to deliver qualified, interested and available candidates to your desktop at a reduced 10% Fee. There is no software to install, and your candidates can be accessed anywhere, anytime through a regular internet browser. Our Pay-Per-Hire Pricing model means you only pay for successfully filling your positions.

2. FULL-SERVICE STAFFING Designed for organizations who want full-service staffing services, this pay-per-hire staffing solution offers traditional recruiting services at a 20% Fee.

Ant & Bee Corporation provides a web based pay-rolling service that alleviates our clients of the administrative load, government payments and employment liabilities associated with the employment of contract staff.

As a value added service, Ant & Bee provides free IT training to our clients which they may use to fill the skills gap within their team, to train new hires, and even to train contractors. ANT & BEE'S ABC's includes courses on the latest programming languages, networking technologies and databases. These courses vary in length, 20 to 100 hrs per course, depending on content and level of difficulty, and are offered at various training facilities in the GTA in evening or weekend formats.

Our on-line testing program, FREE with every placement, gives our clients the ability to identify highly qualified candidates quickly and easily. Available over the internet through our web portal, this value added service allows clients to measure candidate skills with certainty and recognize potential training needs within existing staff.
