Canadian Medical Discoveries

CMDF and CMDFII are managed by Medical Discovery Management Corporation (the Manager). The Manager is responsible for:

Screening eligible health businesses which meet the Fund's investment criteria;
analyzing the scientific and commercial potential of the research conducted by the eligible business, including the evaluation of scientific discoveries; and
assisting in the formulation of investment recommendations for consideration by the Investment Committees of CMDF's and CMDF II's Boards of Directors.
