GensCorp Enterprise Managed Services (GEMS™)

GensCorp IT Inc. offers a 1-800 Live Technical Support (Help Desk) service and includes our Desktop PC and Laptop Health Management software agent that manages and monitors the health of desktop PC’s, laptops and servers. This agent includes system protection (spyware removal and continuously updated system security), Microsoft Operating System updates, Anti Virus protection and Internet debris removal, all for a fixed monthly fee.

We have a Business Standard (normal business hours) service offering that retails to companies for $45.00 per seat/per month and a Business Premium (24x7x365) service offering that retails to companies for $85.00 per seat/per month.

We also have 3 different Server Help Desk Packages (Active Directory Server Help Desk, Exchange Server Help Desk and SQL Server Help Desk) that retails for $299.00 per month.

“On Site” Hardware and Software Support services include troubleshooting and hardware problem resolution by certified technicians for PC Workstations, Laptops, Servers, Terminals or Monitors, Network Hardware (Switches, Hubs, Routers, Firewall, VPN Appliances), Point-of-Sale (POS) Stations, Thin Client Workstations, UPS's and Printers. Our services include having a certified technician visit your site to fix or replace the hardware as required. Our experienced Engineers support Microsoft, Linux, Unix and Netware operating environments.

GEMS™ Data Vault fo businesses that have a server – This data backup solution backs up your data in as often as every 15 minutes. No need for tape backups anymore. The data is encrypted and backed up to a local storage device (NAS) and then pushed across the internet, still under encryption, to two separate data centers in different geographical locations. Restoring your data is simple and fast.
