Intelliware was founded in 1990 on the belief that teams of highly motivated and capable people could make a dramatic impact on software quality and application development productivity. 15 years on, we demonstrate that impact daily on projects large and small in a wide range of industries and technologies.

In the early years, Intelliware was very focused on applying state-of-the-art technologies to solve problems and build business solutions. This focus led the company to become experts in object-oriented programming using languages such as Smalltalk, C++, and Delphi. As the mainstream software development community caught up with object-oriented concepts and technologies with languages such as Java and later C#, Intelliware not only embraced the newer technologies with great success, but moved on to focus on the improvement of the overall software development process. Intelliware was at the forefront of the adoption and development of Agile methodologies at that time, and today remains a world class practitioner and thought leader in that domain.
