KP Logix develops software systems to handle sales, trading, shipping, inventory control, and production planning tools for the international lumber and sawmill industry. KP Logix is committed to developing leading edge solutions customized for the specific needs of the lumber and sawmill industry.

KP Logix is 100% owned by KP Wood Ltd (established 1987) and is headquartered in West Vancouver, Canada. KP Wood is an international marketer of wood products sourcing product from North America and Europe and shipping to markets in North America, Asia and Europe. KP Wood has global sales of approximately 220,000 m3 of wood products per year and last year had sales revenue of 45 million dollars.

The KP group has been building software systems to manage internal operations for over 20 years. It is from this internal need that the software division was formed in order to market these internally developed solutions to other companies in the wood products industry.

In addition to the KP Wood lumber marketing business and to the KP Logix software business, the KPWP group has a joint ownership position in a production facility in Manning, Alberta, Canada (Manning Diversified Forest Products) with a production of 150,000 m3 of sawn goods each year. The KPWP group of companies also includes LingQ.com, an online language learning system and community with over 200,000 registered members.

The KPWP group has offices in West Vancouver, Manning and Toronto, Canada and has 12 full time employees.
