Mediatrix develops and markets advanced VoIP access devices and gateways for the enterprise, SOHO, and residential markets. The company's products provide an ideal migration path for end users wishing to protect their current CPE investment (analog phones, fax, PBX, Key System) while migrating to an all-IP solution.
Mediatrix also develops value-added software enhancements for its VoIP market segments, including a comprehensive unit management system to facilitate deployment by large carriers and enterprises. Mediatrix' product road map extends the current line of analog gateways to converged voice/data edge devices.
Technology
Mediatrix VoIP access devices connect analog devices (telephone, fax, modem) to an IP-Network, gateways connect PSTN users to an IP Network or analog PBX, as well as Key Systems to an IP-Network.
In addition, Mediatrix has developed network management modules, an IP communication server and its own SIP and MGCP signaling software stack.
