PCGI Consulting Services (PCGI) is a member of Paradigm Consulting Group with locations in Regina, Winnipeg and Vancouver. Together, PCGI and Paradigm provide information business solutions and technology services to organizations across North America.

Paradigm was incorporated in Saskatchewan in November 1990 and, in conjunction with PCGI, employs over 100 full-time information technology professionals. Paradigm's revenues currently exceed $10.0 million annually. PCGI and Paradigm are 100% employee-owned. Principal shareholders include Ken Gerhardt, Mark Hustak, and René Carpentier. Approximately two-thirds of Paradigm employees are active shareholders in the companies.
