Pluggd is an early-stage, Seattle-based venture backed start-up. The company is solving some very fundamental problems in the online rich media space. The company has developed an innovative and proprietary platform for searching within video and contextually serving ads to online video in a non-obtrusive manner. The online video ad market is growing rapidly today. However, the ads are not associated with video content effectively today and therefore, do not maximize the ad potential of the video content. Pluggd’s team consists of veterans from Microsoft, Microsoft Research, BEA, and Amazon. We’re graduates of Stanford, Princeton, and Cornell.
