Rethink was founded in November, 1999 by Chris Staples, Tom Shepansky and Ian Grais. Now there are more than 60 Rethinkers, not counting our office dog Bruce. There are also more Rethink partners— five to be exact, including a writer, an art director, an account director, our production manager and our office manager. We are 100-percent owned by our partners.
