Network Design
We will work with the Customer to produce a best of breed network infrastructure. This includes review of the Customer’s existing network environment including the current annualized network infrastructure cost. We will discuss with the Customer the business requirements, in order to establish and agree the Customer’s technical requirements and then define the new network hardware configuration, software application portfolio, PC LAN services configuration, network layout, implementation cost plus the necessary customization to meet the specific requirements and document the requirements and detailed specification of the new network infrastructure for Customer’s approval.

Network Deployment

We will work with the Customer to develop plans and procedures for implementing or making changes to the services and policies,which are necessary to support the agreed network infrastructure, as well as necessary plans and procedures for the transition from exiting to the new network infrastructure.

We will work with customer on building the agreed network infrastructure. Hardware and software configurations will be tested as agreed between the Customer and Shonenet prior to the acceptance , so that newly installed equipment ,applications & services are in accordance with customer specified requirements.

Network Operation and Management

  • Problem Investigation

Shonenet will investigate all reported network problems and identify the cause, utilizing skills, appropriate tools and techniques and identify avoidance actions to the Customer to minimize the impact of any failure pending corrective actions by the relevant product service provider(s).

  • Telephone Advice and Guidance.

Shonenet will provide expert advice & guidance on the use, exploitation and enhancement of the network.
Telephone advice and guidance is initiated by a telephone call to the designated Shonenet service point. Advice and guidance is provided on operation and use of the defined network, network exploitation and enhancement and advice on identifying known solutions for network incidents.
