Working with products such as Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise, and later Business Objects (which acquired Crystal Decisions), Symmetrics grew its mandate to include not only the wider business intelligence market, but also key verticals such as contact center and hospitality. Acquiring first hand knowledge of customer challenges informed and drove the creation of the Symmetrics nVision product line and has helped the organization deliver superior services and support. Currently one of the longest standing Business Objects partners, Symmetrics has also forged technology and business partnerships with Nortel, IEX, Avaya, The Call Center School, InfoGenesis and Microsoft.
