The technology

Each module uses the company’s unique, profiling and matching engine which allows employees, job applicants and candidates to detail their employment history, experience and skills by utilizing a library of profile templates Talware Networx has created for approximately 60 industries.

Using the same profile templates, organizations looking for talent can create a job profile. The matching component of the engine then finds those employees, applicants and candidates that fit that profile. And because Talware’s application is language neutral, profiles can be created in a user’s native language, but read in another language.
