The Next Big Thing

The Next Big Thing is a non-profit foundation with a mission to identify and empower young innovators, giving them the real world resources, education & network they need to succeed.

In 2014, the Vancouver-based foundation will directly fund and incubate ten youth-founded startups as well as help thousands of other exceptional kids & teens grow their business skills through mentorship and free digital literacy & coding classes.

The organization was co-founded by fellow serial entrepreneurs, BC natives and dog-lovers: Ryan Holmes, CEO of HootSuite, and Meredith Powell, Creator of Founders Collective.
