DESCRIPTION:Join us for an intensive workshop in senior sales management and leadership strategies, presented by Dr John Monoky, renowned sales leadership trainer and educator.  
Dr. Monoky is currently the Director of the Center for Sales Leadership and an Adjunct Professor of Executive Education, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Dr. Monoky is an active trainer and has served on the faculty of executive development programs at the University of Michigan, Syracuse University, Pennsylvania State University, Texas A&M, Ohio State University, the University of Alabama, Queen's University and the University of Toledo. 
At the Sales and Sales Leadership workshop you will learn: 
How to balance greater cost-efficiency with effective growth.
How to refocus your resources, people, programs, budgets, and other operating assets, on the markets and customers where sales and profits result in long term loyalty.
The importance of reaching current and new customers using the most effective channels coupled with tailored and appropriate messaging.
How to, put the “best” people, in the right positions on your sales team.
Participants will also receive a brief overview of the Sales and Sales Management Executive Program to be launched by UBC Sauder School of Business this fall.
