Dr. Monoky is currently the Director of the Center for Sales Leadership and an Adjunct Professor of Executive Education, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Dr. Monoky is an active trainer and has served on the faculty of executive development programs at the University of Michigan, Syracuse University, Pennsylvania State University, Texas A&M, Ohio State University, the University of Alabama, Queen's University and the University of Toledo.
