UXCampVancouver 2009

UXCampVancouver 2009

UXCampVancouver, the first Vancouver User Experience Un-conference, is a day long event for User Experience (UX) practitioners, enthusiasts, and anyone else to learn and share ideas on topics such as usability, information architecture, industrial, graphic and software user interface design, ergonomics, human factors, and anything else related to user experience.

To date, there has already been an overwhelming response since we opened up registration a week ago and sent out a few messages and tweets. At this point, the 100 slots available to attend at the Vancouver Film School venue have been filled, and we've set up a waiting list. Please check http://uxcampvancouver.eventbrite.com if you are hoping to attend and haven't gotten one of the first 100 slots.

As the event date draws closer we expect there to be a few cancellations and we'll open up spots to people on the waitlist as that happens. We're also working with VFS to see exactly what our space constraints are and hope to open up additional spots if it's feasible.
